What We Do

The Christmas Women’s club was created in 1956 to develop the social well-being of its members and promote community improvement through educational opportunities, historical and cultural awareness, and cooperate with other not for profit community organizations in their civic endeavors.

What We’ve Done

  • Helped fundraise for the building of the Christmas Civic Center

  • Contributed in maintaining the Christmas Civic Center

  • Post Office beautification

  • Distribute cards for shut-ins, elderly, Military members stationed overseas, and those who have experienced the loss of a family member

  • Hosted scholarships

  • Ladies’ Tea Party

  • Held several educational classes to teach members of the community different skills such as:

    • Jelly making classes

    • Homemade biscuit class

    • Card making class

    • Jewelry making classes
